NUTRITION SITE MANAGER: 

Location: Brook, Indiana
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Starting Pay: $13/hour
No nights, evenings, weekends, or holidays!

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and fun Site Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through a daily senior lunch program. This role involves working closely with senior adults to assess their nutritional needs, plan engaging daily activities, and coordinate field trips. This is a temporary position with potential for a long-term opportunity for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments to evaluate dietary habits and nutritional needs.
  • Schedule and facilitate health education sessions on nutrition principles and healthy eating habits.
  • Serve a catered lunch and maintain site cleanliness, including daily kitchen cleanup.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Plan and organize daily activities, games, and exciting field trips.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and complete end-of-month reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in dietetics or a related field is not required.
  • Must be willing to obtain ServSafe certification and CPR (training is paid).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with older adults.
  • Passion for assisting seniors in maintaining their independence.
  • Must be proactive, organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks.

DRIVER:

Location: Morocco, Indiana
Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (based on public need, up to 35 hours/week)
Starting Pay: $13.50/hour (moves to $14.50/hour after training)
No weekends, evenings, or holidays!

We are currently seeking one or two part-time Public Transportation Drivers to join our team! This rewarding position offers an opportunity to serve the community by providing transportation services to local residents. As a driver, you will operate one of our company vans, transporting individuals to their destinations within our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport community members to various locations using a company van.
  • Follow a schedule based on public need, working up to 35 hours per week.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for passengers during transport.
  • Ensure timely and courteous service.

Requirements:

  • An Indiana For Hire License (formerly the Chauffeur's License) is required. This involves a 20-question written test at the BMV.
  • Successful completion of a drug test, physical exam, and background check.
  • Must be reliable and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

Location: 102 E State St., Morocco, IN
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Starting Pay: $13/hour
No nights, evenings, weekends, or holidays!

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, possess strong phone and communication skills, and have a genuine heart for serving the low-income population. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities and work directly with the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light data entry, scanning, and copying tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and take accurate messages.
  • Assist with food service tasks as a backup.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office including mopping, dusting, restocking, and watering plants.
  • Help with paperwork and complete end-of-month reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven computer experience, especially for light data entry.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with light cleaning and working in a busy environment.
